1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RnkRocket's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

RnkRocket provides AI-powered SEO analysis, keyword research, site monitoring, and optimization recommendations for small businesses.

3. User Accounts

• • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• • One account per business or individual

4. Billing and Payment

• • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the service for illegal purposes
• • Attempt to reverse engineer our software
• • Share your account credentials
• • Overload our systems with excessive requests
• • Use the service to harm others or their websites

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Data, Privacy & Email Communications

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may analyse your website data to provide SEO recommendations.

As part of operating your account, we will send you service emails you cannot opt out of: account, trial-state, billing and security messages. These are required to deliver the service.

Marketing emails (product news, SEO tips, re-engagement messages) are separate. You choose at registration whether you want them — ticking the "I don't want marketing emails" box opts you out. You can change this preference at any time from your account settings or by emailing website@rnkrocket.com.

9. Third-Party Integrations

RnkRocket offers optional integrations with third-party services including Google Search Console. By connecting these services, you authorise RnkRocket to access your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• • Google Search Console data is accessed in read-only mode and used solely to provide SEO insights within your dashboard
• • You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time from your account settings
• • We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third-party services
• • Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies

10. Intellectual Property

RnkRocket retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and content. You retain rights to your website content and data.

11. Disclaimers

• • SEO results are not guaranteed
• • Search engine algorithms change frequently
• • Our recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
• • We are not responsible for search engine penalties

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.

13. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
